We may share your information with certain other companies or organisations as part of our normal business activities in order to provide you with services you have requested: for example, providing an installer with details of your oil tank replacement, address, contact number so that they can organise a site visit in order to replace your oil tank or provide you with a quote you have requested. Outside of this we do not share your personal information with anyone else and we do not disclose or sell your personal information for marketing purposes.

Our website has been designed with data security in mind and all passwords and payment details are transmitted using secured connections and are strongly encrypted on the server. No-one outside of Harlequin Manufacturing and our authorised suppliers is given access to your information and any payment details are not stored beyond completion of your current order.

All off-site backups of your data are stronger encrypted and are not shared with anybody outside of Harlequin Manufacturing.

If you wish to request that the data Harlequin Manufacturing Ltd holds about you be deleted, in line with the EU GDPR, please also e-mail us on this address. Note that if you have already placed orders we are obliged to retain details pertaining to these orders to comply with HMRC requirements for business records.

This privacy policy is subject to change at any time, however you will be suitably notified about any changes at least 14 days in advance and be given the option to opt-out.
