If you have an issue with your sewage treatment plant or pump station which is still under warranty, and would like a Harlequin representative to visit your site and assess this, book our Callout Service. Please be advised that a callout fee of £199 + VAT will be charged and payment will be required upfront. If the problem reported is covered under warranty this amount will be refunded in full.
